1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the United Kingdom takes 5–8 business days.


2. Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.


3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available). If you need help tracking your order, please contact us at therenltd@gmail.com


4. I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. If it has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.


5. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

6. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your current order for a refund and place a new order.


7. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or offer a refund.


8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed.


9. Which payment methods do you accept?
